This mono-blue deck helmed by Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant is a high-octane control/combo build that leverages the commander's copy-and-counter ability to dominate the stack. The primary game plan is to assemble an infinite-mana engine (Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal), then use Urza, Lord High Artificer or a chain of extra-turn spells (Time Warp, Nexus of Fate, Capture of Jingzhou, Temporal Manipulation) to win. The deck also features a dense tutor suite, heavy instant-speed interaction, and recursion through Academy Ruins and Snapcaster Mage. A secondary win condition via Triskaidekaphile is present but rarely the primary path. The commander's copying ability multiplies the value of every extra turn and removal spell, but the deck can execute its core combo without him.
