Deck overview

This deck is a high-speed Grixis reanimator combo deck centered on Sauron, the Dark Lord. It uses fast mana rituals and low-cost graveyard tutors like Entomb and Buried Alive to put heavy threats into the graveyard on early turns. The primary win condition is an infinite flicker loop using Worldgorger Dragon and Animate Dead, which generates infinite mana and repeatedly triggers Mount Doom to eliminate all three opponents on Turn 3. As a secondary plan, the deck can reanimate Hoarding Broodlord to execute Saw in Half chains into Peer into the Abyss, or leverage Razaketh, the Foulblooded and Nezahal, Primal Tide. In longer games, Sauron creates large Orc Armies, while a package of 9 Nazgûl and Lord of the Nazgûl builds an overwhelming board of evasive Wraiths supported by card advantage engines like Rhystic Study and Mystic Remora.
