Tovolar 2.0 by VICTORLEPANDA

Format: Commander

Commander: Tovolar, Dire Overlord // Tovolar, the Midnight Scourge

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

A red/green wolf deck that converts early cheap Wolves/Werewolves into commander-fueled card advantage. The front of Tovolar, Dire Overlord is the true engine: it creates night at upkeep, forces available Human Werewolves to transform, and lets every Wolf and Werewolf that connects draw a card. The back face is the finisher face: its {X}{R}{G} pump serves as a mana sink. Token makers-Nightpack Ambusher, Hollowhenge Overlord, Mayor of Avabruck, Master of the Wild Hunt-fill the board, then a pump effect such as Unnatural Growth, Berserkers' Onslaught, Beastmaster Ascension, or Shared Animosity makes the swarm lethal. Full Throttle and Chandra's Ignition provide alternate winning swings. No hidden commander or infinite combo exists; both commander faces support the same beatdown plan.
