Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Mono-Green Stompy strategy focused on accelerating mana and board presence to cast Ghalta, Primal Hunger ahead of curve. Leveraging elite fast mana and efficient dorks like Gwenna, Eyes of Gaea and Fanatic of Rhonas, the list easily hits the 10-power threshold by Turn 4, reducing its commander to a {G}{G} cast. Once deployed, Ghalta functions as both a lethal Voltron threat and an enabler for power-doubling and card-draw engines such as The Skullspore Nexus and Vaultborn Tyrant. The deck protects its oversized threats through efficient defensive spells like Heroic Intervention and Tamiyo's Safekeeping. While capable of ending games quickly via commander damage or a wide Craterhoof Behemoth overrun, the deck relies heavily on combat damage across multiple turn cycles, leaving it exposed to sustained creature removal and table-wide sweeps.
