Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Gruul midrange strategy led by Aerid Konstrari, focusing on generating artifact Heartwood tokens to ramp into formidable flying and trampling beaters. Aerid acts as both an enabler and a scaling win condition, creating mana-producing artifact tokens on entry and death while utilizing its {6} activated ability to pump its power based on total artifact count. The deck supports this plan with heavy artifact synergies, including affinity threats like Chiss-Goria, Forge Tyrant, token multipliers like Primal Vigor, and game-ending overrun effects from Craterclaw Colossus. It also includes an infinite token generation loop with Draconic Visitor and Ganax, Astral Hunter. While the deck develops consistent mana and substantial combat pressure, it relies heavily on creature combat across multiple turns and possesses limited stack protection and stax denial. It excels at assembling large boards and eliminating opponents through sustained, high-damage aerial assaults.
