Commander: Aragorn, King of Gondor

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Human tribal monarch deck built around Aragorn, King of Gondor. The primary plan is to become the monarch early, generate a wide board of Human tokens, and use Aragorn's attack trigger to make all creatures unblockable, then swing for lethal. Secondary paths include anthem effects like Shared Animosity and Door of Destinies to pump the token army, and token generators like Forth Eorlingas! and Increasing Devotion to flood the board. The commander provides monarch card advantage and evasion, while the deck also includes other monarch enablers like Palace Jailer and Faramir. The deck is resilient to disruption due to its many threats and protection spells, but it lacks strong stack interaction and can be slowed by tapped lands.
