Format: Commander

Commander: Lorehold, the Historian

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Lorehold, the Historian drives a Boros miracle deck that turns every opponent's upkeep into a loot and every instant or sorcery into a potential two-mana miracle. You set up draw engines, manipulate the top of the library, and cast high-impact miracles like Entreat the Angels, Bonfire of the Damned, and Terminus for {2} or less. Molecule Man acts as a hidden commander that makes miracles free. Real wins come from Approach of the Second Sun looped with draw, massive Angel or Pegasus tokens from Entreat and Storm Herd, or incremental pings from Longshot and Coruscation Mage. The deck plays a slow, value-driven game and needs its commander to make expensive spells affordable.
