NInja Strike

Format: Commander

Commander: Haunted One and Alora, Merry Thief

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Dimir tempo deck built around cheap unblockable Rogues and Ninjutsu. The primary plan is to attack with an evasive one-drop, then ninjutsu in high-value Ninjas that draw cards, steal spells, reanimate creatures, or copy themselves on combat damage. Secondary paths are cipher spells and Kaito planeswalkers that turn repeated hits into extra cards, tokens, and emblems. Alora, Merry Thief is the engine: she makes one attacker unblockable and returns it at end step, allowing the same creature to enable ninjutsu again; Haunted One adds +2/+0 and undying when Alora taps. Satoru Umezawa is the hidden commander, effectively granting all creatures ninjutsu. The deck wins by incremental evasive pressure, with no true one-turn combo.
