Deck overview

Shadow the Hedgehog pilots a Rakdos sacrifice deck that weaponizes haste and artifact mana. The commander's first ability draws a card whenever a creature with flash or haste dies, which the deck triggers constantly by sacrificing Gravecrawler, Goldspan Dragon, or Professional Face-Breaker into free outlets. Shadow's "Chaos Control"-split second on any spell cast with artifact mana-shields the combo turn and clears the stack. The core game plan is a layered death-trigger loop. Gravecrawler plus a sacrifice outlet (Viscera Seer, Ashnod's Altar, Phyrexian Altar) and a drain piece (Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Bastion of Remembrance) drains the table just by sacrificing Graveyard repeatedly. Pitiless Plunderer upgrades every death into a Treasure token, which can then fuel Marionette Apprentice or The Reaver Cleaver for explosive wins. Revel in Riches provides an alternate one-turn kill. The deck's high tutor density (10+ tutors including Demonic Tutor, Vampire Tutor, Imperial Seal) ensures the key pieces are found on curve. The commander itself is not a combo piece, but it provides a steady card engine (sacrifice a haste creature draw) and makes the combo turn near-unstoppable…
