Format: Commander

Commander: Trostani, Selesnya's Voice

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Trostani is a midrange token-populate lifegain deck that wins by converting a huge creature-token battlefield into one combat kill or by exiling opposing boards with Ajani's ultimate. The commander is the safety valve: Trostani's lifegain triggers cushion racing and keep the draw payoffs online, while her tap ability turns any stray token into extra copies. Doublers such as Anointed Procession, Parallel Lives, Mondrak, Elspeth, and Exalted Sunborn are the true build-around; if two are active, even a single Advent of the Wurm becomes four 5/5s. Secondary paths are Felidar Retreat landfall tokens, City of Death saga copies, and planeswalker anthems from Garruk and Nissa. There is no hidden commander.
