Leviathan by user9757397

Format: Commander

Commander: Kiora, Sovereign of the Deep

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kiora, Sovereign of the Deep leads a sea-monster ramp deck that wants to cast the largest Krakens, Leviathans, Octopuses, and Serpents it can, turning each hand-cast giant into a free spell via Kiora's trigger. A 44-land manabase plus land-ramp spells like Rampant Growth, Cultivate, and Farseek reliably reaches the six-to-eight mana needed to start dropping threats. The deck controls the battlefield with counterspells, bounces, and tribal board resets such as Whelming Wave and Slinn Voda, the Rising Deep, then closes through combat damage from evasive, high-power bodies like Tromokratis, Simic Sky Swallower, and Stormtide Leviathan. Koma, World-Eater is the primary endgame accelerator, while Doppelgang and Spitting Image multiply the best board presence. There are no infinite combos; the plan is patient, board-centric ramp-and-beatdown with a powerful commander value engine.
