Deck overview

This is an Izzet spellslinger value deck helmed by Veyran, Voice of Duality. The plan is to deploy cheap cost-reducers and magecraft engines, then chain instants and sorceries so Veyran doubles every relevant trigger-card draw from Archmage Emeritus, Treasures from Storm-Kiln Artist, Drake and Soldier tokens from Talrand, Sky Summoner and Third Path Iconoclast, and ping damage from Firebrand Archer. Harmonic Prodigy further multiplies Wizard and Shaman triggers. Primary wins come from overwhelming combat with flying tokens, hasty copies via Rionya, Fire Dancer or Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer, and sustained noncreature-spell damage. There are no infinite combo lines; the deck grinds through redundancy, recursion like Wisdom of Ages, and a dense instant-speed interaction suite. Veyran is the multiplier that turns fair engines explosive, but the 99 still functions as a classic Izzet spells deck without her.
