This deck is a Sultai Graveyard Landfall mid-range deck commanded by Teval, the Balanced Scale. The deck accelerates its mana using early ramp pieces like Exploration, Arcane Signet, and Deathrite Shaman to deploy Teval on Turn 3 or 4. Once Teval attacks, it initiates a compounding resource engine: milling cards, returning lands directly to the battlefield, and generating 2/2 Zombie Druid tokens whenever cards leave the graveyard.
