Deck overview

This is a UR spellslinger/storm deck helmed by Vivi Ornitier, who doubles as a growing mana engine and a damage clock. Every noncreature spell puts a +1/+1 counter on Vivi and pings each opponent, and she taps for mana equal to her power - so the deck's game plan is to chain cantrips and rituals, grow Vivi into a battery, and storm off. The primary wins are Underworld Breach + Brain Freeze storm-mill, Aetherflux Reservoir life-total sniping, and Thassa's Oracle self-mill, with a secondary damage channel through Harmonic Prodigy and Veyran, Voice of Duality doubling Vivi's ping. The deck is dense with tutors, free counterspells, and instant-speed interaction, making it a fast, resilient combo-control build that can pivot between a deterministic kill and a value-engine grind.
