Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is an Izzet storm and combo commander that converts noncreature spells into table-wide burn, +1/+1 counters, and burst mana. The primary strategy seeks early explosive turns using fast mana to deploy either Underworld Breach lines with Brain Freeze and Lion's Eye Diamond, or Curiosity effects attached to Vivi to draw entire sequences of low-cost spells. Secondary lines leverage Valley Floodcaller with Banishing Knack or Hullbreaker Horror loops to generate infinite mana and storm. Backed by free counterspells and red protection, the deck reliably pivots between blistering fast combo turns and protected mid-game value engines to eliminate all three opponents simultaneously.
