Deck overview

This is a five-colorless? No: it is an Esper The Ur-Sphinx Sphinx tribal deck built around cost reduction, large flying creatures, and repeated enter-the-battlefield value. The Ur-Sphinx reduces other Sphinx spells from the command zone, while Unesh, Criosphinx Sovereign turns every Sphinx entry into a four-card pile. The deck can accelerate with Sol Ring, Talismans, Arcane Signet, and several tribal reducers, so its expensive threats are playable around turns 4–6. Its strongest normal board combines Unesh, Criosphinx Sovereign with threats such as Consecrated Sphinx, Tivit, Seller of Secrets, and Yennett, Cryptic Sovereign. Attacks then add mill-based access to opposing cards and evasive damage. The main weakness is that this is an advantage engine, not a compact win condition. It lacks a deterministic combo and cannot reliably convert its card flow or mill into a same-turn table kill. Interaction and protection are useful but sparse relative to the deck's expensive, creature-dependent plan.
