Dain Test by Oxter

Format: Commander

Commander: Dáin of the Ancient Halls

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Boros Dwarves tribal deck helmed by Dain of the Ancient Halls, a haste commander whose attack trigger deals damage to each opponent equal to your Dwarf count. The plan is to flood the board with Dwarves, then leverage extra combat steps (Aggravated Assault, Full Throttle, Aurelia, the Warleader) and damage multipliers (City on Fire, Collective Inferno, Mjolnir, Hammer of Thor, Torbran, Thane of Red Fell) to turn Dain's attack trigger into a one-turn kill on the whole table. A heavy Treasure subtheme (Magda, Brazen Outlaw, Thorin, King of Durin's Folk, Smaug the Magnificent) fuels both extra-combat activations and Magda's artifact/Dragon tutor. Backup wins come from a wide Dwarf swarm with anthems like An Unexpected Party and Chronicle of Victory, plus Kindred Charge for a massive token swing. The deck is aggressive, combat-focused, and rewards careful sequencing of multipliers and combat steps.
