Deck overview

This Rakdos deck is piloted by Ingris Stingerquill, an aggressive token-burn commander that turns every attacking creature into an unpreventable global ping on declare-attackers. The deck establishes early board presence through low-cost token generators like Bitterblossom, Legion Warboss, and Loyal Apprentice, alongside efficient infect creatures like Plague Stinger and Phyrexian Crusader. Upon deploying Ingris on Turn 4, every attacking creature automatically deals 1 direct damage to each opponent before blockers can be declared. The deck accelerates this clock using noncombat damage amplifiers like Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, Hawkeye, Young Avenger, and Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might, or by granting infect via Phyresis and Glistening Oil to distribute lethal poison counters table-wide. Supported by free reactive spells such as Deflecting Swat and Deadly Rollick, the deck bypasses traditional combat obstacles, forcing opponents into a rapid 2-cycle race that reliably closes the game on Turn 7.
