Commander: Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Naya Equipment Voltron deck helmed by Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER, a haste-granted commander that draws cards on attack and generates Treasure at high power. The strategy revolves around equipping Cloud with powerful weapons like Sword of Feast and Famine and Buster Sword, then chaining extra combat steps from Aggravated Assault, Hexplate Wallbreaker, Genji Glove, and Tifa, Martial Artist to finish opponents in a single turn. The deck's equipment tutors (Steelshaper's Gift, Stoneforge Mystic, Stonehewer Giant) and card-draw engines (Sram, Senior Edificer, Puresteel Paladin) provide reliable access to its key pieces. Secondary win conditions include commander damage via double strike and the free-spell value from Buster Sword. The deck is fast and aggressive, but vulnerable to artifact hate and lacks stack interaction.
