Deck overview

This deck is a five-color midrange synergy build led by the partner pairing of Leonardo, the Balance and Michelangelo, the Heart. The strategy revolves around generating artifact and creature tokens to trigger Leonardo's ability, distributing +1/+1 counters across the entire battlefield once each turn. Michelangelo provides a consistent engine piece, creating Food tokens and applying counters after attacking. The deck scales its board presence using counter amplifiers like Winding Constrictor and High Score, while protecting its investments with flexible defensive instants such as Inspiring Call and Saved by the Shell. Victory is achieved purely through fair combat damage, accelerating clocks via Raphael, the Muscle, Leatherhead, Iron Gator, or Leonardo's five-color anthem ability to grant menace, trample, and lifelink across the team.
