Deck overview

This is a UW draw-go control/combo deck helmed by Kwain, Itinerant Meddler, built around the commander's forced-draw ability as a parity-breaking engine. The core plan is to control the stack and board early - a wall of counterspells, free interaction, and stax pieces like Drannith Magistrate, Archon of Emeria, and Narset, Parter of Veils - while Kwain's group-hug draw feeds opponent-draw payoffs: Smothering Tithe, Gleaming Splendor, and Faerie Mastermind convert every card your opponents draw into treasures and cards for you. The deck closes games through a hard Stasis + Smothering Tithe lock that leaves opponents permanently tapped out, or through the Thassa's Oracle line assembled via Gifts Ungiven/Intuition self-mill plus Mind Over Matter loops. It is a slow, inevitable control deck that turns the table's draw steps into its own resources.
