Misty Mountains Cold by NyteRyder

Format: Commander

Commander: Thorin, King of Durin's Folk

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Boros Dwarf-tribal token build with a heavy equipment and saga subtheme. Thorin, King of Durin's Folk is the main engine: every Dwarf enters with a Treasure, and every other Dwarf grows with each artifact token. The primary plan is to chain cheap Dwarves, amass Treasures and equipment, then win through a large alpha strike. Secondary paths include the 'enduring story' package-Balin, Oin, Dain, and Thorin Oakenshield-for card advantage, ward, and direct damage, plus a Smaug finisher for reach and recursion via Thor, God of Thunder. There is no hidden commander; Thorin is the single commander, though Balin acts as a powerful backup payoff. The deck is a midrange aggro deck that wins incrementally rather than through a combo.
