New Untitled Deck by Banjo

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a high-tempo Izzet spellslinger/storm deck helmed by Vivi Ornitier, who serves a dual role as a scaling mana engine and a repeatable ping source. Every noncreature spell grows Vivi's power and deals 1 damage to each opponent, and her activated ability converts that power directly into mana on the same turn - letting the deck chain cantrips, rituals, and cost reducers into a single explosive storm turn. The primary win paths are storm finishes (Grapeshot, Brain Freeze, Thousand-Year Storm), ping-damage attrition (Guttersnipe, Coruscation Mage, Niv-Mizzet, Parun), and a pair of compact infinite combos (Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter, Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Curiosity). The commander is a powerful accelerant but not the engine of any combo line - the deck's real power lives in the 99.
