Commander: Thorin, King of Durin's Folk

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Thorin, King of Durin's Folk is a Boros Dwarf-tribal engine that turns every Dwarf ETB into a Treasure and every artifact token into extra power. The primary plan is to land Thorin early, chain Dwarf-triggering creatures into a wide board, attach Equipment to key legends, and finish with a double-strike combat turn. Secondary paths use storied payoffs (Balin, Fili, Bifur), sagas that tutor legends, and board-wipe recovery. There is no true hidden commander; the other Thorin variants, especially Thorin, Company's Leader, act as support finishers rather than replacement engines.
