Deck overview

This Orzhov deck leverages Thalisse, Reverent Medium to convert routine token production into a compounding army of evasive 1/1 flying Spirits. Early turns focus on establishing efficient mana ramp and steady token generators such as Bitterblossom, Black Market Connections, and Lotho, Corrupt Shirriff. Once Thalisse enters on turn 4, she doubles all token output at each end step. The deck transitions into a lethal threat by turn 5 using token multipliers like Mondrak, Glory Dominus or aristocrat drain engines led by Mirkwood Bats, Blood Artist, and Bastion of Remembrance. Opponents face continuous asymmetric pressure from Grave Pact and Dictate of Erebos, which systematically strip opposing creature boards. Format-elite defensive tools including Clever Concealment, Flawless Maneuver, and Teferi's Protection ensure the board survives sweepers and exile removal. The deck cleanly closes games on turn 6 through overwhelming evasive combat damage combined with instant-speed mass sacrifice life drain across all three opponents.
