Deck overview

This deck is a mono-black Zombie tribal and aristocrat strategy commanded by Gisa, the Hellraiser. The game plan centers on committing crimes each turn through targeted removal, discard, and utility lands to trigger Gisa's ability, creating pairs of 3/3 Zombie Rogue tokens with menace. As the undead army grows, tribal lords such as Death Baron, Undead Warchief, and Liliana's Mastery enhance the swarm's combat lethality. Simultaneously, aristocrat payoffs including Mirkwood Bats, Vengeful Dead, The Meathook Massacre, and Falkenrath Noble turn every creature death and token creation into direct life loss for opponents. Control elements like Grave Pact and Gisa, Glorious Resurrector lock down creature-based decks by forcing continuous asymmetric sacrifices. The deck concludes games through overwhelming evasive combat damage, massive devotion swings with Gray Merchant of Asphodel, or mass reanimation via Rise of the Dark Realms.
