Deck overview

This Jund deck is an aristocrats and combo engine built around -1/-1 counters, piloted by Auntie Ool, Cursewretch. The strategy focuses on distributing -1/-1 counters across both friendly and opposing boards to trigger Auntie Ool for massive card draw and life loss. Token generators such as Nest of Scarabs and Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons turn every counter into fodder, creating an engine that controls opposing boards through attrition and wither effects. The deck establishes asymmetric stax elements using Kulrath Knight and Maha, Its Feathers Night before finishing games via infinite counter and death loops involving Blowfly Infestation, Devoted Druid, Quillspike, or Mikaeus, the Unhallowed with Murderous Redcap. While the deck possesses explosive card flow and decisive win loops, its resilience is limited by a lack of stack-based interaction and protection spells.
