Jandor's Trail Mix by Moonloon

Format: Commander

Commander: Jandor, Fortuned Traveler

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Naya Mounts combat deck helmed by Jandor, Fortuned Traveler, who turns Beasts, Wolves, Horses, Elephants, and Camels into Mounts with saddle 2 and rewards every saddled attacker with +2/+2, a card, and a Food token. The plan develops a critical mass of type-relevant bodies, saddles them (often for free via Kolodin, Triumph Caster or Pilot tokens), and converts the resulting card flow and Foods into overwhelming combat. Primary wins come from layered extra-combat engines (Aggravated Assault, Karlach, Fury of Avernus) plus finishers like Craterhoof Behemoth, Thunderfoot Baloth, and Blossoming Bogbeast. Secondary lines leverage Food multiplication (Academy Manufactor, Bilbo, Fellow Conspirator) and battlefield tutors (Guardian Sunmare, Kona, Rescue Beastie). The deck plays as a resilient midrange aggro strategy that snowballs value from the command zone while closing through multi-combat alpha strikes.
