Deck overview

This deck is an Esper Reanimator list centered on Sefris of the Hidden Ways, leveraging dungeon exploration to generate compounding graveyard value. It operates by binning high-impact threats such as Archon of Cruelty, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, and Valgavoth, Terror Eater through looters and self-mill enablers, then cheating them onto the battlefield using efficient reanimation spells and Sefris's Create Undead ability. Once deployed, these threats impose crushing asymmetric attrition through forced sacrifices, hand disruption, and board suppression while delivering lethal evasive combat damage over two response cycles. The list boasts exceptional recovery and commander independence, seamlessly pivoting into traditional reanimator play even through removal.
