The Zuck by Manbeard

Format: Commander

Commander: Zuko, Firebending Master

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a mono-red combat-trick storm deck helmed by Zuko, Firebending Master. The primary game plan is to cast spells during combat to accumulate experience counters, which in turn increase the firebending mana the commander generates on each attack. That mana is then reinvested into more combat instants, pump spells, and extra-combat effects to snowball into a single overwhelming turn. The deck lacks traditional tutors or infinite combos; it wins through sheer combat damage, using cards like Great Train Heist, Embercleave, and Sozin's Comet to chain attacks and push through lethal damage. The commander is a mana engine that accelerates the snowball, but the deck has enough other firebending sources (Firebending Student, Iroh, Dragon of the West, Zuko, Exiled Prince) to function without it.
