Format: Commander

Commander: Jodah, the Unifier

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Jodah, the Unifier is both the engine and the finisher of this five-color legendary pile. The deck aims to hit WUBRG on turns 4-5, then use Jodah's cascade to convert each hand-cast legendary spell into a free lower-mana legendary permanent while Shanid, Reki, Jhoira, and Kutzil refill the hand. The commander's +X/+X anthem turns the resulting legendary horde into a one- or two-combat kill, usually with Tifa's extra combat or Maelstrom Wanderer's haste alpha. Kethis, Sisay, and Time of Need form a compact tutor package for key pieces; Primevals' Glorious Rebirth and Urza's Ruinous Blast serve as asymmetric recovery and wipe. There is no hidden commander. Kolvori and Venat are played primarily on their front faces as tutor and draw pieces, with their back faces as situational backup options.
