Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue artifact tokens and value engine commanded by Sai, Master Thopterist. The strategy focuses on accelerating mana through low-cost artifact rocks and cost reducers, resolving Sai early, and chaining cheap artifact spells to flood the battlefield with 1/1 flying Thopter tokens. It converts these tokens into card advantage using Sai's sacrifice ability, Shimmer Dragon, or Bident of Thassa. The deck converts wide evasive boards into decisive lethal attacks using powerful scaling anthems and overrun effects like Master of Etherium, Forsaken Monument, Simulacrum Synthesizer, and Graaz, Unstoppable Juggernaut. Defensively, the list relies on Propaganda, Padeem, Consul of Innovation, and select countermagic to protect its board, with opportunistic infinite card-draw and win lines via Sensei's Divining Top, Mystic Forge, and Laboratory Maniac.
