Deck overview

This deck is an Outlaw tribal and exile-theft strategy led by Laughing Jasper Flint. The primary game plan curves low-cost Outlaws into Jasper on Turn 3. At the beginning of each upkeep, Jasper exiles the top cards of an opponent's library equal to your Outlaw count and lets you cast them using mana of any color. Stolen creatures become Mercenaries, creating a self-reinforcing engine that expands card advantage and board presence. Supporting pieces like Prosper, Tome-Bound, Grim Hireling, and Professional Face-Breaker convert stolen spells and combat connections into abundant Treasure tokens. This mana velocity powers out expensive stolen threats, high-impact spells like Fevered Suspicion and Mutinous Massacre, or an alternate win condition through Revel in Riches. A flexible Rakdos removal suite disrupts opposing threats while you overwhelm the table through combat and attrition.
