Why Do I Hear Eminem? by CipherStilleto

Format: Commander

Commander: Eddie Brock // Venom, Lethal Protector

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The deck is a Jund midrange combo/value pile built around Eddie Brock's transformation into Venom, Lethal Protector. The primary plan is to turn Venom's attack trigger into a draw-and-cheat effect, sacrificing high-mana-value creatures. A secondary, independent line uses Kodama of the East Tree as a hidden commander: with Dancing from Dark to Dawn or Scute Swarm and two bounce lands, every landfall creates a token that lets Kodama replay the next bounce land, making infinite hasty Bear tokens. Sneak Attack and Etali, Primal Conqueror form a third beatdown axis. The front face is easy to cast early, but the deck is clearly built for the back face.
