Orgy in the woods by Crashpoint88

Format: Commander

Commander: Maralen, Fae Ascendant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Sultai "value-tribal" deck built around Maralen, Fae Ascendant. The commander turns every Elf or Faerie entering the battlefield into two cards plucked off an opponent's library, and once the tribe's footprint on the board is large enough, it lets the best of those exiled spells be cast for free once per turn. The rest of the deck is layered amplification: Roaming Throne, Yarok, the Desecrated, and Virtue of Knowledge // Vantress Visions double enter triggers; Bitterblossom, Doubling Season, Gala Greeters, and Lathril, Blade of the Elves generate bodies; and a +1/+1-counter package including Hardened Scales, Branching Evolution, Marwyn, the Nurturer, and Tyvar the Bellicose turns mana dorks into genuine threats. The deck has no real infinite combos; it wins through overwhelming combat with Craterhoof Behemoth, Finale of Devastation for ten or more, Ezuri, Renegade Leader, or Tyvar, the Pummeler, with drain payoffs like Ayara, First of Locthwain, Obyra, Dreaming Duelist, and Shaman of the Pack as a secondary channel.
