Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue control list built around Keiga, the Tide Star and the legend rule. By casting clone spells targeting Keiga, you choose to send the newly created copy to the graveyard as a state-based action. This immediately triggers Keiga's death ability, permanently stealing target creature without giving opponents a response window between resolution and death. The deck features more than 15 clone variants alongside instant-speed protection and efficient bounce/counter interaction. Once opposing boards develop large threats or commanders, you seize them to build an overwhelming combat force or kick Rite of Replication to steal five creatures simultaneously. If Keiga is removed or locked out, the shapeshifter suite pivots to copying opposing bombs directly.
