Deck overview

This mono-green deck celebrates the landwalk mechanic, led by Ayumi, the Last Visitor. Its game plan focuses on deploying high-power beaters and evasive landwalk creatures that slip past opposing defenses. Backed by basic ramp spells and 38 Forests, the deck deploys Ayumi on Turn 4 or 5 and begins applying commander damage pressure on Turn 6. Evasion aids like Trailblazer's Boots, Excavator, and Yavimaya Dryad help exploit landwalk abilities even when opponents lack matching basic lands. The deck also includes targeted artifact and enchantment destruction to slow down opposing engines, while late-game bombs like Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger and Lumra, Bellow of the Woods provide heavy combat backup. Because it avoids infinite combos and generic competitive tutors, the deck trades hyper-efficient closing speed for a distinct, flavorful combat strategy.
