New Untitled Deck by boomhauer

Format: Commander

Commander: Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a "pinger" burn deck helmed by Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph, built entirely around the commander's triggered ability: every source that deals exactly 1 damage becomes a 3-damage shot (1 + Ghyrson's 2). The deck is dense with repeatable 1-damage activators - Prodigal Sorcerer, Gelectrode, Goblin Sharpshooter, Thermo-Alchemist - plus 1-damage sweepers like End the Festivities and Blazing Volley that turn into table-wide removal. The true finishing line, however, is an Izzet spell-slinger combo: Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind or Niv-Mizzet, Parun paired with Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout for infinite draw-and-burn. Thousand-Year Storm, Storm-Kiln Artist, and Young Pyromancer provide explosive backup. The deck answers the board with cheap removal and a compact counterspell suite, aiming to grind out the table before chaining into the Niv infinite.
