The Dumpster Fires Upon You by TurkeyChief

Format: Commander

Commander: Oskar, Rubbish Reclaimer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Dimir discard-into-graveyard-value deck is helmed by Oskar, Rubbish Reclaimer, whose triggered ability lets you cast nonland cards from your graveyard whenever you discard them. The deck is built around a dense looting shell-Merfolk Looter, Thought Courier, Collector's Vault, and a dozen other outlets-to fill the graveyard, reduce Oskar's cost, and then chain spells from the bin. The primary win conditions are Gray Merchant of Asphodel (drain via devotion), Syr Konrad, the Grim (ping-on-mill or recursion), and Laboratory Maniac (self-mill with Peer into the Abyss or Shadow of the Grave loops). A single extra-turn card (Teferi, Master of Time's ultimate) provides a backup, but the deck's core plan is incremental value, not combo speed.
