Format: Commander

Commander: Prismari, the Inspiration

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a focused Izzet spellslinger/storm deck built around turning every instant and sorcery into a copy engine with Prismari, the Inspiration. The plan is to accelerate with rituals and mana engines like Pyretic Ritual, Desperate Ritual, Jeska's Will, Mana Geyser, Birgi, God of Storytelling // Harnfel, Horn of Bounty, Electro, Assaulting Battery, The Vision and Scarlet Witch, and Storm-Kiln Artist, while digging with a dense cantrip shell. Once Prismari is online, the deck builds a large storm count and finishes by copying burn: Boltwave, Grapeshot, Lightning Bolt, Lava Spike, Chain Lightning, and friends. Mizzix's Mastery overloaded from a stocked graveyard is a second one-card finisher, and Underworld Breach lets the deck loop rituals and draw spells. Laboratory Maniac is a tertiary, self-mill-oriented backup. The commander is a 7/7 flyer with ward, so it also serves as a legitimate evasive threat.
