Deck overview

This deck is an Orzhov Phyrexian tribal and proliferate midrange strategy commanded by Brimaz, Blight of Oreskos. The primary game plan revolves around deploying low-cost Phyrexian creatures and artifact creatures to trigger Brimaz's incubate ability, creating Incubator tokens that store +1/+1 counters. By sacrificing creatures or trading off Phyrexian fodder, the deck triggers end-step proliferate abilities, rapidly growing the Incubators while simultaneously advancing poison counters on opponents. Once the board is established, the deck transforms its Incubators into massive artifact creatures or leverages token doublers like Mondrak, Glory Dominus and anthems like Elesh Norn // The Argent Etchings to close out the game through combat damage or lethal poison proliferation. Robust single-target exile removal and asymmetric sweepers provide defensive stability, while recursion engines ensure steady resilience against opposing interaction throughout the mid-to-late game.
