Rootha test by user4980263

Format: Commander

Commander: Rootha, Mastering the Moment

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Rootha, Mastering the Moment turns every instant or sorcery cast in a turn into an X/X flying haste Elemental at the start of combat, where X is the largest mana value among those spells. The deck's primary plan is to cast one high-mana spell, create a huge flyer, and multiply attacks with extra-combat cards. The cleanest win is an infinite-combat loop using Breath of Fury on a token plus Determined Iteration, which provides a fresh creature every combat. Secondary lines use copy effects like Sakashima or Spark Double, mass token makers like Furygale Flocking or Magnus the Red, and a robust draw/counter package to dig for combo pieces and protect the commander.
