This is a Sultai (BUG) mill-and-counters deck helmed by The Wise Mothman. The primary game plan is to mill opponents through rad counters and direct mill effects (Ruin Crab, Mesmeric Orb, Mindcrank, Sphinx's Tutelage, The Water Crystal), converting every milled nonland card into +1/+1 counters via the commander's trigger. A dense proliferate package (Inexorable Tide, Contagion Engine, Radstorm, Recon Craft Theta, Agent Frank Horrigan) and counter doublers (Branching Evolution, Corpsejack Menace, Hardened Scales, Innkeeper's Talent, The Earth Crystal) rapidly balloon the board. The deck wins through the Mindcrank + Bloodchief Ascension infinite mill loop, Simic Ascendancy's 20-growth-counter alternate win, or overwhelming combat damage from counter-stacked threats like Kalonian Hydra and Agent Frank Horrigan.
