Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Grixis Combo-Control deck designed to execute compact, game-ending combos while protecting them with an extensive suite of low-cost countermagic and removal. The primary route uses Thassa's Oracle alongside Demonic Consultation to exile the library and win on the spot for just three mana. Multiple functional tutors—such as Step Through, Mystical Tutor, Lim-Dûl's Vault, Shred Memory, and Wishclaw Talisman—provide consistent access to missing combo pieces. If the primary plan is contested, the deck seamlessly transitions into infinite creature combat loops using Dualcaster Mage with Twinflame or Rionya, Fire Dancer with Combat Celebrant. Efficient ramp from mana rocks and rituals like Dark Ritual accelerates deployment to Turn 4. Meanwhile, a dense package of one-mana counterspells shields the win window against opposing interaction.
