Lathril by user2368378

Format: Commander

Commander: Lathril, Blade of the Elves

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Lathril, Blade of the Elves leads a Golgari Elf swarm that wins by going wide and draining. The main plan builds Elves with lords such as Dwynen, Gilt-Leaf Daen and Imperious Perfect, attacks with Lathril to create tokens equal to combat damage, then taps ten Elves to drain each opponent for 10 life. Secondary paths finish with Shaman of the Pack and Skemfar Shadowsage drains or anthem-boosted combat through Banner of Kinship and Patchwork Banner. Lathril is a repeatable drain and token engine, not a combo piece. No hidden commander is present, though Elvish Archdruid and Priest of Titania act as core mana engines for the swarm.
