Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai keyword-voltron and midrange strategy commanded by Indominus Rex, Alpha. The primary game plan accelerates mana on turns 1 and 2 using dense mana dorks and land ramp spells, while assembling multi-keyword creature cards such as Hit-Monkey, Sire of Seven Deaths, and Blor the Impervious via natural draws or tutors like Survival of the Fittest. On turn 4, casting Indominus Rex, Alpha for five mana allows discarding these keyword creatures, enabling it to enter with hexproof, indestructible, trample, and haste counters while immediately drawing 5 to 8 fresh cards. Indominus attacks on turn 4 for commander damage, backed by free and low-cost interaction like Fierce Guardianship and Deadly Rollick. Over subsequent turns, power doublers and overrun effects such as The Skullspore Nexus, God-Eternal Rhonas, and Pathbreaker Ibex escalate lethal combat damage to eliminate opponents one by one by turn 7.
