Deck overview

This Sultai self-mill deck leverages Teval, the Balanced Scale as a repeatable mill and token engine. The core game plan involves filling the graveyard through attacks and spells, then exploiting that resource via land recursion (Ramunap Excavator, Aftermath Analyst), graveyard-value permanents (The Gitrog Monster, Underrealm Lich), and token generation from cards leaving the graveyard (Teval's own trigger, Tormod, the Desecrator, Amzu, Swarm's Hunger). The primary win condition is a decisive Craterhoof Behemoth turn, trampling over opponents with a wide zombie-druid board. Secondary paths include the incremental drain and size manipulation of The Scarab God and the pure value from Field of the Dead. The deck is heavily engine-driven; it recovers well from removal but is deeply dependent on its graveyard.
