Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity burn and spellslinger combo strategy led by Niv-Mizzet, Visionary. By capitalizing on 20 copies of Dragon's Approach, the deck generates enormous card advantage whenever noncombat damage hits opponents. Resolving the commander turns each 3-mana burn spell into a burst of 9 drawn cards. From there, mana rituals like Inner Fire and Mana Geyser combine with Storm-Kiln Artist to sustain explosive storm turns. The built-in dragon search clause on Dragon's Approach fetches Niv-Mizzet, Parun directly into play, creating an infinite damage and card-draw loop that eliminates all opponents simultaneously. The deck features functional interaction, cost reducers, and protection equipment, presenting a consistent Turn 5 threat and a Turn 6 table finish.
