Deck overview

This Grixis Spellslinger Combo deck harnesses Fire Lord Azula to generate burst combat mana and duplicate high-impact instants and sorceries. In the early turns, the deck accelerates its mana base with low-cost mana rocks and cost-reducing creatures like Stormcatch Mentor and Baral, Chief of Compliance. Once Azula attacks, her Firebending ability supplies {R}{R} while doubling any spell cast during combat, turning cantrips and looting spells into decisive card advantage and Treasure generation. The primary win condition is an infinite copy loop using Dualcaster Mage alongside clone spells like Electroduplicate or Saw in Half, generating an unbounded army of attackers to defeat the entire table in a single turn. The deck also features asymmetric hand-stripping lines via Notion Thief and Windfall, backed by an extensive suite of cheap countermagic and targeted removal to protect its combo turn.
