Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color Dragon tribal midrange strategy commanded by The Ur-Dragon. The game plan revolves around exploiting the commander's eminence ability to discount all Dragon spells by one generic mana from the command zone. In the early turns, the deck develops its mana base using 2-mana artifacts, land ramp omens, and tribal cost reducers like Dragonspeaker Shaman and Dragonlord's Servant. In the mid-game, it establishes card-draw engines like Garruk's Uprising and Elemental Bond that trigger whenever large Dragons enter the battlefield. The deck transitions into a lethal threat by deploying game-ending flying behemoths such as Atarka, World Render, Lathliss, Dragon Queen, and Scourge of Valkas, culminating in the casting of The Ur-Dragon to draw cards and cheat permanents directly into play. It closes games through overwhelming aerial combat damage over sequential attack steps.
